everything good but I took my 5 year old car in for an oil change with 50,000 miles. This is apparently when brake oil, transmissions fluid and filters need to be changed. It would have been nice to know this up front so all the service work could have been done at once instead of having to take my car back in a second time.

My air conditioner was not blowing cold and when I turned my car off something was still running under the hood. I called the service department, talked to Gary, he gave me a quick 'best guess' over the phone and suggested I get it towed to the dealership because he figured it was over heating and driving it might cause additional damage or worse. He gave me the phone number to call for a tow. Sure enough, his suspicion was accurate and he was very good to keep me informed as to what was going on and when it was ready for pick up. The service was extremely good, friendly and very quick. I would totally recommend!

Some one damaged the running board on my vehicle and it was making a loud now as it was not able tom fully retract and extend. I stopped by Fredericksburg GMC to see what could be done to make it drivable. Brian and. one of the mechanics immediately dropped what they were doing and were able to discern it was a quick fix. I left it with them to make a Dr appt and in less than 2 hours they had it repaired and I was on my way with only a small bill. Thank so much to Brian and the crew to make my day.

Gary Lewis is the best. We’ve had a couple of major issues with our vehicle and Gary has gotten us thru them both. He is on top of his game. We know that if a problem arises, Gary will take care of us. My oil change was fast and I left feeling like all my concerns were addressed. When my truck was done Cameron walk me around and offered some advice about things that could be done on my next visit. I’ve been using your dealership for 4 years for service. Frankly, it’s never been a positive experience. Poor communication, lack luster staff with an I-don’t-care attitude and poor vibe. I just bought a new truck and thought I’d give y’all a try again. Yesterday was like a new dealership! My service writer was sharp, friendly, and on top of it. The service was done very quickly and I assume properly. There was a constant string of texts keeping me up to date on the progress. The only item for improvement is that they used to wash the vehicle (not very well), which was a. I’ve added touch. Yesterday, they did not. The whole vibe of the dealership was much improved yesterday. Thank you.

Gary Lewis has been really great. He has kept me updated every step of the way through a challenging case with my vehicle. Cameron is always pleasant when I call or stop by. Communication with the customer is not a strength at this dealership. My truck was brought to the dealership on May 11. Work was completed some time around May 19. I called at least once daily from the 18th of May through the 28 of May to check on the status of my truck and to see if the dealership had received the insurance payment. The insurance company also called and emailed repeatedly. It is now June 3. I have not received a phone call or a text message with any update on payment receipt or to let me know when I will be able to pick up my truck. The last communication I had with the dealership was May 28 when I called them and was told the check had not arrived. At that point I gave up calling assuming they would call me. I rented a vehicle that day and drove 12 hours back to my home in Missouri. Over the past 40 years I have had a new vehicle at minimum every two years, which means I have worked with dealerships in several states. I did not realize the dealership would not release the truck until they received the insurance check through the mail. I totally understand why this is necessary. If anyone had mentioned this to me before work was completed I would have had the insurance check sent directly to me and then paid the dealership myself. I would encourage this dealership to be more proactive communicating with their customer. Since I have not heard from them I will call again this morning to see if they have received the insurance payment. I am not a happy camper. One phone call with an update would have changed this experience and made me smile. Thank you for asking.

By far the best service department I have ever worked with. Major repairs, small repairs, oil,changes, my expectations are always met or exceeded.
